Hillary Welch grew up in Sarasota, Florida and had an extensive upbringing in the Fine Arts and Performance Arts (dance, orchestra, and studio art). She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and has extensive training in Graphic Design and the Fine Arts.
